Intro to Pilates
Welcome to Pilates! We will take you through the basic reformer exercises and get you acquainted with the equipment. This is a slower paced class which will help to work on form and familiarity with the exercises used. The intro to pilates classes are necessary prior to joining group classes.
*2-3 friends can split the cost and do the intro classes together. for new students
$125 is for (2) 55 minute sessions

Unlimited Pilates Month to Month
$225 each month
We are going to continue with Unlimited Pilates monthly. You can still go month to month. Cost $225 per month - no contracts!! * we do ask that you please not sign up for every single class every day that is listed on the schedule. One reason being, more that one class - really isn't much benefit to your body. You would benefit more from doing one class and really focusing on your form, breath and alignment. Also -we want lots of folks to have the chance to take a class!
Mixed Mat Class is done on the floor and standing using your body and sometimes props - small and big balls/ weights/ resistance bands/ pilates rings.
Total Body Pilates Circuit A 45 minute high energy, dynamic class that will move you around to various Pilates stations. This multiple apparatus work allows for a deep, well rounded experience targeting the entire body. ...especially the core!
