The SAW Method: Six is our brand-new signature circuit experience designed to take your Pilates training to the next level. You’ll move through six unique stations — Reformer, Chair, Stroops, Barre, Free Weights, and Jumpboard — blending Pilates precision with functional strength, cardio, and mobility work.

Here’s what makes it different:

  • Independent but guided: Each station is led by a full 7-minute instructional video, so you always have direction without needing to count or time yourself.
     
  • Efficient & effective: Six stations give you a total-body workout that builds strength, stability, and endurance in under an hour.
     
  • Variety built in: No two stations are alike, and the workouts rotate, keeping your body challenged and your mind engaged.
