The Micro Gym at SAW Pilates
Located on the second floor of our boutique Pilates studio, our Micro Gym is a dynamic fitness space designed for small group training, circuit-style workouts, and private instruction. This intimate setting features a variety of fitness equipment, including strength training tools, functional training gear, and two Pilates reformers, allowing us to offer a well-rounded approach to fitness.
Our upstairs space is home to:
✅ Small Group Fitness Classes – High-energy, circuit-style workouts blending strength, mobility, and endurance.
✅ Private & Small Group Instruction – Tailored sessions for individuals or duos looking for focused coaching.
✅ Independent Open Studio – A space for clients to train independently with access to our equipment.
✅ Overflow Classes – Additional reformer and fitness sessions to accommodate our growing community.
The Micro Gym is the perfect complement to our reformer-based Pilates training, giving clients an opportunity to build strength, stability, and endurance in a welcoming, community-driven environment.
