 SAW Pilates is a boutique studio offering Pilates-based strength for longevity, confidence, and real life.

Because our classes are intentional and technique-driven, our clients begin with private introductory training before joining group classes.

About your Intro sessions

 

Step 1: 3 Private Sessions  (brand new to reformer)

Your private intro sessions are designed to:

  • introduce you to Pilates fundamentals 
  • assess movement patterns and needs 
  • build confidence with equipment and cues 
  • determine which classes are right for you
  • These sessions are not workouts alone — they are education and preparation. These sessions are mandatory and will be beneficial to not only you as a new client, but also our current clients. 

-Already Experienced in Pilates Reformer?

If you have prior Pilates experience, please contact us before booking. 

We may recommend an abbreviated intro or a placement session.


Please see the Private/ Reformer Schedule tab below (scroll down) to check for availability - if you do not see a time available - please contact us at support@sawpilates.com OR text us at 513-740-4321 with your NAME & availability for your sessions -  Once we have you availability we will work with instructors and get back with you with times that work for the both of you.

 

Step 2: Class Recommendations

After your intro sessions, we’ll guide you toward the classes that best support your goals, experience level, and schedule.

Some clients begin with Reformer classes.
Others start with Anchored or Strength formats.
Many combine multiple options.

 

Step 3: Join Group Classes or a Series

Once you’ve completed your intro training, you may:

  • join ongoing group classes 
  • enroll in a series 
  • combine group classes with private training
  • We’ll help you choose a path that feels sustainable and supportive.
