Our Series based approach

SAW Signature Series

 We don’t believe in random workouts.
Our series-based classes are designed to help you build strength and confidence gradually — especially if you’re navigating changes in your body, energy, or goals.
Each series focuses on a specific intention and runs for a set number of weeks, allowing your body to adapt, progress, and actually see results.

Intro Series (Perfect first step)

 

A supportive introduction to reformer Pilates and strength training. This series focuses on alignment, core stability, and confidence — especially for women returning to movement or wanting a more intentional approach.
 

Good for:

  • New clients
     
  • Returning after time off
     
  • Anyone wanting to move smarter, not harder

Current Series

 

Our current January Series blends one reformer Pilates class and one strength circuit class each week.

This combination allows you to:

  • Build deep core and postural strength on the reformer
     
  • Add functional, bone-supporting strength through resistance training
     
  • Train your body in a balanced, sustainable way
     

The series format creates rhythm and accountability while still leaving room for recovery.

Ongoing & Custom Series Options

 

In addition to our scheduled series, we regularly offer series throughout the year. These may focus on:

  • Foundational strength
  • Progressive reformer training
  • Hormone-aware and longevity-focused movement
    We also offer custom series for small groups. If you have friends, coworkers, or a specific goal in mind, we can create a tailored series that fits your group’s needs, schedule, and experience level.
